Home Run Challenge Instructions
Choose Your Activity Types and Set Goals

Welcome to the Home Run Fitness Challenge. It’s a fun way to get fit and earn a chance to win one of 5 pairs of all-inclusive tickets to the St. Louis Cardinals. And for this year's Grand Finale, we are featuring two tickets in the Champions Club on Sept. 16.

To start hitting home runs after you register, click to update your progress and select the activity, date and duration of exercise you performed.

You hit one home run for every total hour you spend participating in one of these exercises. You can track the number of home runs you’ve hit on your Home Run Challenge scoreboard.

Hit 24 home runs and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win two tickets to the baseball game. Once you complete the 24 homeruns, you can start the challenge and try for a second entry. Get your family and friends to enter and track each other’s progress.

The Home Run Fitness Challenge begins March 26, 2010. You can start the challenge later, but it will end on September 9, 2010, regardless of when you enter. So don’t delay.

General Rules And Regulations
Each Challenge participant is limited to two hours of activity time entry per day. Participants have 96 hours (or 4 days) from the date of activity to log in their time. If hours are not logged for a 72-hour period, a participant will receive a reminder email from the Home Run Challenge. After an individual logs in 24 hours of activity and earns an entry, the time trackers return to zero so the participant may begin to start another 24 hour entry.
